These Terms of Service explain how VistaForge may be used and what users can expect when creating landscape imagery with our creative tools. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
Acceptable use
Please use VistaForge for lawful and creative purposes. Prompts should not request content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, promotes deception, or misrepresents generated imagery as authentic documentary evidence of real-world events or locations.
Generated content
Landscape images are created from user-provided descriptions and creative settings. Results are interpretive visual works and may vary from one generation to another. Generated images should be viewed as artistic representations rather than verified photographs of real places.
User inputs
Users are responsible for the prompts and reference materials they provide. Please submit only content that you own or have permission to use. By submitting inputs, you grant VistaForge the limited rights necessary to process requests and deliver the requested services.
Service Availability
We may update, improve, or modify features from time to time to maintain service quality and comply with technical or legal requirements. Availability of image generation services and output characteristics may change without prior notice.
